IMAGINATION PARTY!

Don’t miss the coolest party in town - the Imagination Party! Young children will learn to create, structure, and tell stories straight from their imagination to the stage! First, we delve into the creative world of their minds through crafts and improv games; then, work on self-expression through musical, movement, and acting exercises. At the Imagination Party, we welcome every child’s unique ideas and skills, and bring them together for a premiere final performance: Mini Medleys!

Classes take place on Tuesdays & Thursdays from 4:00pm-6:00pm | February 4th-March 6th with their Showcase on March 6th at 5:15pm
Session 2 ($280.00)
Classes take place on Tuesdays & Thursdays from 4:00pm-6:00pm | March 11th-April 17th with their Showcase on April 17th at 5:15pm
**There will be no classes on the week of March 24th for Spring Break**

INJURY WAIVER AND GENERAL RELEASE FORM

By signing your name below as a parent/legal guardian of a participant in Imagination Party classes presented by Birmingham Children’s Theatre, you acknowledge that participation in the program exposes your child to the possibility of personal injury. You hereby release Birmingham Children’s Theatre and its officers, directors, employees, consultants, independent contractors and affiliates from any and all liability from property damage, personal injuries, and or other claims arising from or in connection with your child's participation in the program including claims that are known and unknown, foreseen and unforeseen, future or contingent.

You acknowledge that you have read and fully understand the Injury Waiver and General Release Form.

*BCT reserves the right to move any class to a virtual format at any time in consideration of ongoing COVID-19 developments and transmission rates in the county and states. Refunds will not be issued for classes that move to a virtual format.

Birmingham Children's Theatre Spring Class Registration Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing to enroll in Birmingham Children's Theatre Spring Classes. Please read our refund policy carefully to understand the terms and conditions for class registration refunds.

Deposits:

All deposits are non-refundable.

Full Refund:

The last day to receive a full refund for Session 1 is January 30th. Requests for refunds must be communicated by this date.
The last day to receive a full refund for Session 2 is March 6th. Request for refunds must be communicated by this date.

Partial Refund (50%):

For Session 1- After January 30th, you will be eligible for a 50% refund of the total class fee. Refund requests must be submitted in writing before February 5th.
For Session 2- After March 6th, you will be eligible for a 50% refund of the total class fee. Refund requests must be submitted in writing before March 12th.

No Refund:

Starting February 5th for Session 1, and March 12th for Session 2, the day after the first day of classes, no refunds will be issued.
