By signing your name below as a parent/legal guardian of a participant in Imagination Party classes presented by Birmingham Children’s Theatre, you acknowledge that participation in the program exposes your child to the possibility of personal injury. You hereby release Birmingham Children’s Theatre and its officers, directors, employees, consultants, independent contractors and affiliates from any and all liability from property damage, personal injuries, and or other claims arising from or in connection with your child's participation in the program including claims that are known and unknown, foreseen and unforeseen, future or contingent.

You acknowledge that you have read and fully understand the Injury Waiver and General Release Form.


Birmingham Children's Theatre Fall Class Registration Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing to enroll in Birmingham Children's Theatre Fall Classes. Please read our refund policy carefully to understand the terms and conditions for class registration refunds.

Deposits: All deposits are non-refundable.

Full Refunds: The last day to receive a full refund is September 2nd, 2025.

Partial Refund (50%) will be issued within one week of the first class date: After September 2nd, you will be eligible for a 50% refund of the total class fee. 

After the first day of classes  (September 9th, 2025), no refunds will be issued.
